Job Description

  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring export logistics clients
  • Execute consistent cold outreach (calls, emails, meetings) to build a strong, self-generated pipeline
  • Reactivate lost or dormant clients and convert them into active, revenue-generating accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure
  • Achieve clearly defined client acquisition and gross profit targets

The successful candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong new‑business mindset and proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding, particularly within export-focused services. They are comfortable with cold outreach, resilient in the face of rejection, and capable of independently building and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
