About Our Client
My client is one of Malaysia's Top 10 property developers, who is currently seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to be a significant member of their upcoming development team. The successful candidate will be spearheading a high-potential Sales team while collaborating with other key departments throughout the full development life cycle.
- Design and execute the full spectrum of property Sales strategies.
- Kept updated on current market trends, while conducting competitor analysis and market study.
- Develop and train a team of Sales executives to ensure all targets are met.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure cohesive delivery of the project.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably at least 5 to 8 years of relevant Sales experience for high-end integrated developments/mixed developments with property developers.
- Independent, resourceful, quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about current market conditions and market studies.
