About Our Client

Our client is one of an established building material industry organization. They're presently looking for a Product Sales Manager to manage & grow sales got their piping products across the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets for plastic pipe products.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, and stakeholders in the plumbing, construction, and infrastructure industries.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training to educate customers on the features and benefits of plastic pipe products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements and market demands.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry standards, and regulations related to plastic pipe system

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic piping, building materials, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic pipe products, applications, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
