Job Description

  • Own and manage customer relationships, acting as the primary commercial and strategic contact.
  • Drive sales and marketing activities within assigned territories, industries or key accounts.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities through partnership‑led engagement.
  • Align sales strategies with operational capabilities and long‑term business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure product quality, safety, compliance and delivery excellence.
  • Establish and monitor sales and quality KPIs, forecasts and performance reporting.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, providing direction, motivation and development.
  • Act as a change agent to strengthen customer‑centric and quality‑focused culture.
  • Manage product lifecycle topics, including customer coordination during end‑of‑life (EOL) phases.
  • Proactively identify risks related to forecasting, orders and delivery, escalating where required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales or commercial roles within manufacturing.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes or equivalent industrial environments.
  • Proven sales management and stakeholder leadership capability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and structured thinking skills.
