Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Identify and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and engagement
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure organization targets are met or exceeded
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operation and achievement of company goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing, Business or related fields
  • Proven experience in industrial materials, plastics, chemicals, or a related technical field
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
