Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies for automotive and industrial segments. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis.
  • Business Development: Expand B2B and B2C sales channels (excluding e-commerce). Explore direct sales, partnerships, and distributor collaborations.
  • Customer & Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and OEM partners. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert advice on coatings and application methods. Work with R&D to address customer needs.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and present reports with insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of proven technical sales and business development track record in the Chemical sector.
  • Experience working with clients in Manufacturing and various Industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation abiltity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
