The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sustainable growth across key and strategic accounts within the food & beverage manufacturing sector. This role combines strong commercial acumen with technical understanding to deliver value‑added ingredient solutions, build long‑term customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities while contributing to overall business strategy.

Job Description

  • Lead and drive sales growth for the food ingredients portfolio across key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Develop long‑term partnerships with major food & beverage manufacturers, acting as a trusted commercial and technical advisor.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, including new applications, segments, and market expansion.
  • Work closely with technical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to deliver customised, value‑added solutions.
  • Lead customer presentations, product trials, and solution‑based selling initiatives.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support business strategy and portfolio development.
  • Own sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities for assigned territories or key accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer engagements to strengthen brand presence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-4 years experience in food ingredients sales or food manufacturing (preferred).
  • Good understanding of food applications and ingredient functionalities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Holds a valid driving licence and comfortable with travel.
