This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for developing strong customer relationships in a rapidly growing, technically complex market. You'll work directly with customers, consultants, and EPCs, acting as the face of the business and playing a critical role in expanding its regional footprint.Job DescriptionOwn and deliver on the sales budget and order intake targets across the Data Center vertical in the region.Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships.Act as the primary contact for key accounts-collaborating with internal engineering experts to offer tailored cooling solutions.Coordinate with marketing and solution support teams to drive the company's positioning as a go-to provider for data center cooling technologies.Monitor market and competitor activity and adapt your strategies to stay ahead.Use CRM tools and account planning processes to ensure structured, effective sales operations.Actively promote and uphold a strong compliance and integrity culture.The Successful ApplicantA successful Sales Manager should have:Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the data center or cooling solutions industry.A strong "hunter" mindset-proactive in driving business development and not just account maintenance.Experience in heat exchanger solutions is a significant plus.Able to thrive in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.Solution-oriented, team player who enjoys building things from the ground up.Solid understanding of the regional data center market and its ecosystem (consultants, EPCs, operators).What's on OfferA competitive salaryOpportunity to work in a leading company in the energy & natural resources industryExcellent career progression opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive work environmentWe are excited about the future and want you to be a part of our growth.
