About Our Client

The client is a trusted provider of custom window solutions, the company specialised in serving commercial spaces with high-quality blinds, shades, and shutters. Its products are designed to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of offices, retail environments, and other professional settings, ensuring durability, style, and optimal light control.

They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and expand commercial sales acquisition across Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting commercial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the interior furnishing or building materials industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships with designers, architects, and main contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of project-based sales cycles and commercial procurement processes.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.
