Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare industry (B2B & B2C).
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
