Job Description

  • Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients across multiple industries
  • Engage senior stakeholders to diagnose business, leadership, and talent challenges through consultative discussions
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities, translating client needs into customised training, coaching, and consulting solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants and facilitators to co-design and deliver impactful programmes
  • Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring solution relevance, delivery quality, and measurable outcomes



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Background in consulting, B2B partnerships, client advisory, or solution‑based sales within professional services
  • Commercially minded, able to identify client challenges and translate them into practical, customised solutions
  • Confident communicator with structured thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple client engagements end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to create measurable impact for clients and long‑term partnerships
