Job Description

  • Oversee the RTR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve financial processes.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budget plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective measures if needed.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the RTR process by identifying and implementing best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an Accounting & Finance department.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
