We are looking for a Team Lead (Record to Report - RTR) to oversee a team of RTR professionals, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This role involves managing budgeting, cash flow, corporate reporting, month-end close activities, fixed asset capitalization and maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Job Description



  • Lead and manage the RTR team, ensuring smooth execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.


  • Ensure financial records are closed accurately and on time while maintaining high-quality standards.


  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset management.


  • Ensure all month-end processes are completed within agreed timelines and meet service-level expectations.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders, controllers, and auditors (internal & external) to ensure compliance and effective financial reporting.


  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost control.



The Successful Applicant



  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Management Accountant qualification or part-qualified, with a bachelor's degree in accounting.


  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in RTR, including financial close activities, reporting, and reconciliation.


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with controllers and auditors effectively.


  • ACCA certification or other relevant professional accounting qualifications is preferred.
