Job Description

Carry out daily accounting tasks for assigned entities and/or business lines.
Conduct thorough analysis of account balances to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with J-GAAP, US GAAP, and statutory adjustments as part of the accounting close process. Provide clear justification for necessary adjustments to ensure reserves and accruals are accurately reflected.
Identify potential accounting system issues and recommend process improvements to ensure the timely, accurate, and reliable delivery of financial data.
Prepare fluctuation analysis for quarterly and annual audits, offering explanations and resolving any open issues with external auditors. Ensure all SOX key controls are effectively completed within your scope, providing well-documented, audit-ready evidence to prevent significant audit issues from internal or external auditors.
Contribute to departmental projects that align with overall objectives.
Perform other incidental duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with 2 years of relevant experience required.

A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Able to write and speak mandarin as the candidate is required to serve chinese speaking region
