Job Description

  • Act as the customer‑facing technical expert for fireproof coating solutions
  • Support solution selling by translating customer and project needs into compliant designs
  • Partner with sales teams to position fireproof coatings as preferred solutions
  • Lead technical discussions, presentations and value engineering with customers and consultants
  • Manage regional fireproof coating projects in line with specifications and regulations
  • Apply fire engineering and structural analysis to optimise coating performance and cost
  • Support large and high‑value projects through direct customer engagement
  • Train regional and local sales teams on fireproof coating applications and fire engineering principles
  • Manage specialist engineering software licences and conduct user training
  • Collect and analyse regional market and customer insights for sales and R&D teams
  • Support localisation and capability building of technical services across the region
  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives to enhance technical and application services

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in Fire Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven experience with fireproof or passive fire protection coatings
  • Strong customer‑facing experience in application engineering or solution selling
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence technical buying decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Analytical, structured and solutions‑driven approach
  • Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required
