Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support business goals across the APAC region.
  • Lead the regional supply chain function covering purchasing, sourcing, material planning, logistics, trade compliance & warehouse
  • Define and execute APAC supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives
  • Partner with manufacturing operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless customer delivery, cost optimization and supply continuity
  • Champion supply chain transformation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Inspire, coach and develop a diverse regional team, building strong capabilities across multiple sites

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Director professional should have:

  • Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 8 years in regional leadership roles within EMS, electronics or high-tech manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record in building high performing, geographically dispersed team
