Job Description

  • Lead the Engineering & Manufacturing department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies for service expansion in SEA.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for efficiency in operations.
  • Manage resources effectively, aligning team efforts with company goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve cross-functional objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Manager SEA should have:
