- Demonstrate strong understanding on product knowledge and ability to channel right product information to customer.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and growth targets as set by the company through both growth of existing business and new business development
- Ability to achieve target KPI's and also exceed company's sales target and objectives.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Participate in market analyses as well as strategic and operational business planning.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelors/Degree in any field.
- Possesses at least 7 to 10 years of working experience especially in sales field and manufacturing would be an added advantage.
- Preferably experienced in cable/wire manufacturer, industrial or factory automation manufacturer background.
- Ability to learn and articulate solution value points and also have strong interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organisation
- Clear vision of growth and a high-energy individual with entrepreneurial spirit.
