Seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager, SEA to join a leader in the industrial disinfection sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales of water disinfection systems & solutions across the SEA region.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the ASEAN region
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager, SEA should have:

  • Proven work experience of >5 years in sales management, preferably in the industrial disinfection sector
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for team development
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong command of English for regional clients, and Mandarin for internal communication with APAC HQ in China
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
