Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, providing technical and commercial support.
  • Drive brand visibility through seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, supply chain, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Achieve KPIs and develop strategies for long-term growth in the Levant region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in oils & fats or related food segments (bakery, chocolate, ice cream) within West Asia region.
  • Strong commercial acumen and market insight, with a track record of driving sales in regional markets.
  • Ability to build distributor networks and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work across diverse markets.
