Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the oil and gas sector to drive software sales.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements, leveraging the company's portfolio of O&G software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have experiences in:

  • Strong existing clientele with O&G providers across the region preferably
  • Good knowledge in the procurement process in Oil companies
  • Well versed in stakeholder management
  • Comfortable in speaking with various different levels in client organisations and tailor value proposition accordingly
  • Strong understanding of the drilling domain
  • Hard working sales professional quality
