Job Description

  • Achieve or exceed sales target of the sales of consumables in assigned area.
  • Develop Consumables & Parts account strategies to existing client base across Malaysia and Cambodia.
  • Reporting to director in Hong Kong
  • Develop business relationships with clients to ensure a profitable long-term presence
  • Maintain the relationship with existing and new customers, so as to convince them to review consumables agreement and to place repeat order
  • Proactive contact customers and use good communication and persuasion skills to explaining the features, uses and benefits of the Lectra Consumables & Parts in order to develop additional business ex: rolls business
  • Demonstrate CVP of Lectra preventive program and strengthen customer adhesion to Lectra by scheduling maintenance on time
  • Achieve or exceed the Performance Ratio objectives, to maximize our markets' penetration
  • Report regularly on business activity in sales activity tracking tool SFDC

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years or above of relevant experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in manufacturing equipment consumables and parts sales (i.e. Manufacturing, sector of materials sold)
  • Proven ability to identify, develop and sell high-value services within existing and new customers.
  • Proven success in selling consumables to manufacturing customer base
  • Experience on working for manufacturing equipment or infrastructure principle and promoting genuine parts is definitely as asset
  • Good business writing skills
  • Negotiates and drives deals to ensure getting C&P orders successfully
  • Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive to ensure focusing on priorities, both operational and business development, long and short term;
  • Ability to cope with constant pressure (without comprising standards) by being well organized and planning time well;
  • Passion on technology and solution based on customer's needs
  • Good command of basic computer skills (Oracle, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mandarin as mother tongue (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
