Our client is a leading global player in the agricultural industry, specializing in delivering turnkey solutions for modern poultry, pig, and egg production. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive poultry sales activities across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (Poultry Business Unit) is responsible for driving sales growth and managing all sales activities across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to develop business opportunities within the poultry sector

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability for the poultry business across India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and ensure alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, distributors, and partners to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific strategies to meet unique needs and capture business opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the poultry or agricultural industry.
  • Strong understanding of the poultry market, including industry dynamics, key players, and regional trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, set and achieve targets, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales software.
