This role leads the design and execution of regional payroll process roadmaps and the transition of payroll activities into a Shared Services Centre. You will drive payroll migrations, vendor governance, and process standardisation across multiple countries in a complex global environment.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end payroll transitions and migrations into the Shared Services Centre, including planning, parallel runs, and stabilisation
  • Create and own the global payroll process roadmap, defining scalable and standardised future‑state models
  • Design and implement harmonised payroll processes aligned with shared services and transformation objectives
  • Own global and regional payroll vendor management, covering onboarding, transitions, SLAs, and performance governance
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and country stakeholders to manage change, communication, and migration risks
  • Ensure payroll compliance, governance, and control frameworks are embedded throughout transition and BAU operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will typically bring:

  • Strong experience in payroll shared services transitions, migrations, or Shared Services (SSC) setup
  • Proven capability in process roadmap development and future‑state design
  • Hands‑on payroll vendor management experience in a regional or global context
  • Good understanding of multi‑country payroll compliance and governance
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • English proficiency is essential; Mandarin proficiency is required to support China‑based stakeholders.
