It operates a network of dialysis centers across various locations, offering care to patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. The company emphasizes patient-centered care and often integrates technology into its services to enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Job Description

1. creating and implementing strategic operational strategies for the designated division

2. supervising financial performance, managing operations, labor, and contracts,

3. enhancing clinical outcomes

4. initiating proactive initiatives and operational enhancements,

5. nurturing constructive relationships with physicians and stakeholders,

6. assembling and guiding a proficient team in line with the organization's ethos

7. partnering with diverse teams to realize competitive strategies, and staying abreast of industry developments while assessing suitable actions.

The Successful Applicant

▪ Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

▪ Minimum of five (5) years of operation managerial roles.

▪ Preferably, previous experience in healthcare provider operations, particularly in dialysis or related services.

▪ Holds full supervisory accountability for recruiting, retaining, and nurturing the growth of direct reports.

▪ Demonstrated proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.

▪ Outstanding communication capabilities coupled with the capacity to cultivate a constructive workplace atmosphere.

▪ Flexibility to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time.
