Job Description

You will have overall responsibility for regional execution of the global Digital and Recruitment Media strategy including:

  • Management of client paid advertising product for 12 countries across Asia Pacific
  • Be the main point of contact for the sales, finance and IT team, as a subject matter expert, to field enquiries or troubleshoot any ad posting issues
  • Work with global and regional digital agencies to manage, launch and optimise paid media campaigns as part of the product
  • Work with media managers to conceptualise and execute promotional campaigns internally and externally to drive sales of client paid ads
  • Organise trainings to ensure consultants are well-equipped to sell the product
  • Propose product improvements and run AB tests
  • Measure product performance and regular reporting to senior management
  • Handle all job advertising queries from consultants
  • Work with various parties (IT team, Product team, external parties) to ensure smooth job advertising process and troubleshoot any issues across all recruitment and media partners (job boards, aggregators and CV databases)
  • Align and contribute to the goal of driving owned media channel contribution by optimising our recruitment and digital media campaigns
  • Work with the marketing managers to drive the right consultant behaviour to make the most of our media programme
  • Being open to working outside of usual working hours to accommodate different time zones and ensure timely responses to regional or global requests

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements include:

  • Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus (Mandarin or Japanese)
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns (paid search, retargeting and paid social etc) and budget
  • Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, and collaborating with global and local teams remotely.
  • Understanding of the media and recruitment landscape in APAC preferred
  • Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track.
  • Experience working with the Google AdTech stack and understanding of digital analytics, GA4 and PBI preferred
  • Experience working in a media agency or with a media agency
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
  • Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
