Job Description

  • Execute high-impact thermal management marketing plans across the AsPAC region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and tailoring global offers to meet local market needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan for the data centre segment, focusing on lead generation and supporting the achievement of volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Monitor and analyse key market and competitive trends within the IT and data centre sectors, sharing insights with the global marketing and product development teams.
  • Localise global communications content for effective deployment across AsPAC regional channels.
  • Lead the AsPAC IT events strategy, collaborating closely with regional and cross-functional teams to maximise engagement and visibility.
  • Manage product localisation efforts and take ownership of regional product and offer launches.
  • Build deep market understanding and facilitate knowledge sharing within the data centre team and across the broader organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand, product, and offer development within a B2Bb environment, with a proven track record of delivering innovative value propositions.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to shape and frame new ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities or growth areas, ideally within a corporate innovation or start-up environment.
  • Solid understanding of the data centre industry and cooling value chain, with at least 2 years of direct experience in this domain.
  • High level of commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, across functions and regions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships with customers and key collaborators.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on creating mutual value and long-term business success.
