About Our Client
Our client is a large US multinational and a Market Leader in their field. They have seen massive growth over the last 5-10 years with a number of new manufacturing facilities coming online.
They produce a wide array of high quality products that are manufactured in Asia and sold around the World, they have a very strong brand presence and reputation in the market.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR with a key focus on recruitment, OD, HR strategy and L&D programs. They will lead a team and strive to achieve best practice in all areas.
The person will report to the Head of Asia with a dotted line into the Global HRD who is based in the US, you will work with these people to deliver strong talent identification and retention programs, develop a robust internal structure, produce a sound and competitive C&B framework and deliver excellent training programs.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a seasoned HR professional with good exposure to World Class HR procedures and processes, Ideally with a minimum of 10 years experience you will be very ambitious to drive change within an organisation and have high levels of ambition to progress.
Working experience in Asia is a very strong advantage as is experience working in a Manufacturing environment - Regional experience across multiple countries is a must-have.
