Among the many responsibilities some are listed below:Strategizing and executing business development plans & sales strategies across SEALead & coach the regional sales team to improve performance level and to focus on company's growth & profitabilityDrive revenue growth, maintain & expand existing revenue streamsBeing accountable for the month, quarter & annual sales target and ensure they are consistently achievedCollaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and other internal stakeholders to optimise marketing strategies, analysing of market trends and data besides delivering effective value propositionsDevelop and maintain strong working relationship & business partnering with local & regional divisional internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers and external partnershipsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be confident in leading the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals.
