Job Description



At Michael Page, you are given the opportunity to establish your own business, using your initiatives and ambitions to develop success.

  • Ownership over a particular market segment, with the challenge of strengthening existing relationships and winning new business.
  • Act as a specialist consultant, which entails identifying market landscape, business development, and securing partnership in a competitive environment.
  • Advising clients to add value to the recruitment and talent development process.
  • Acquiring new clients within your sector, and cross-selling our solutions to other teams across the office.
  • Delivering the highest level of professional service to our clients and candidates alike, always with an eye for the long term.
  • Provide career coaching to help job seekers find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends, and salary levels.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Providing tailored solution according to the customer's and business's needs.
  • Working in a team of fun, energetic and smart team-members who will constantly challenge you in a positive way.
  • Turning leads into clients and eventually into revenues for the business.
  • Outside the day job, you might also be expected to be involved in various office-wide activities such as helping in the CSR team, participating, and initiating strategies to create a diverse and inclusive environment.



The Successful Applicant

Due to the current pandemic, we are only accepting applicants who are Indonesian nationals. Part of the requirement is the ability to communicate well in both Bahasa and English. Other requirement is:

  • University degree (bachelor's or master's degree is acceptable).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and we would expect you to be able to be good at projects management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Ideally, you have 2-5 years of working experience in a client-facing role, or if you do not have such experience, someone who wants a career change to be in a client-facing and passionate about building your own network, and sales-target, you are also welcomed to apply.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment, with 4 days WFH and 1-day WFO.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and a willingness to always keep learning.
  • Ambitious by character and proactive.
  • Resilience, and positive mindset who sees setback not as a failure, but as an opportunity to learn and improve.
  • Ideally with international experience (work / study / travel overseas).
