Job Description

  • Develop and optimize elastomer materials for product performance and durability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material suitability for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct material testing and analysis to meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Research and implement new material technologies to enhance product functionality.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful R&D/Material Engineer (Elastomer) should have:

  • A degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of elastomer materials and their properties.
  • Experience in material testing and analysis methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.

  • Based in northern region.
