Job Description

  • Oversee quality control processes across all production stages to ensure product consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Analyze quality data and provide actionable insights for process optimization.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality-related issues.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Report quality performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Lead should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
