Job Description

  • Developing and implementing quality control systems and standards.
  • Directing the analysis and resolution of production quality issues.
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define quality metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and governmental safety and quality standards.
  • Training and guiding team members on quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Reporting on quality assurance activities and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Overseeing the selection and management of quality-related equipment and technologies.
  • Leading the continuous improvement of quality control processes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in a leadership role within Quality Assurance
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze statistical data
  • Passion for continuous improvement
