Job Description


  • Monitor and manage PTP performance and efficiency.
  • Implement actions to meet and improve KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with the Global Process Manager and Performance Improvement Team for regular process reviews and enhancements.
  • Report to the Team Lead and engage with stakeholders, including Global Headquarters and local management.
  • Coordinate with IT to transition from manual to automated journal entries and transaction matching.
  • Utilize systems and tools to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and finance initiatives.
  • Support decision-making processes for various business needs.
  • Make data-driven judgments.
  • Complete projects within time and budget constraints.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in the PTP area.
  • Familiarity with procurement or finance ERP systems, preferably Coupa and SAP.
  • Clear articulation in both written and spoken English.
  • Exposure to process migration and improvement is a plus.
  • CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
