Job Description

  • Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans and deliverables, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting on progress as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
