Job Description

  • Directly handle financial operations for construction projects, emphasising practical cost control, financial records, and bank relationships.
  • Actively create and manage project budgets and financial forecasts, personally analysing finances to find cost-saving opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to financial models for construction projects.
  • Prepare all necessary financial documents for funding institutions.
  • Compile and verify information for payment requests and financial confirmations.
  • Work with other departments to ensure financial consistency.
  • Occasionally provide financial support to other business areas as needed during busy periods.
  • Offer financial expertise when other divisions have high workloads.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Finance Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar area of study is required.
  • Professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or a comparable qualification are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial management
  • A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in financial roles within construction, infrastructure and engineering projects is essential.
  • Demonstrated history of actively managing finances and conducting financial analysis.
  • Experience in controlling construction costs and handling financial documentation.
