Job Description

Looking for an experienced AV Solutions or Audio-Visual Specialist passionate about marketing solutions that customers love and help articulate and clarify areas of competitive differentiation, define the value proposition and build market launch plans.

Key Reponsibilities include:

  • Drive Growth in APAC: Lead the expansion in Asia Pacific by assessing market insights and commercial viability of Hybrid Workplace solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Evaluate and tailor a range of solutions including Unified Communications, Meeting Solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Workplace Management based on customer preferences.
  • Portfolio Marketing: Oversee marketing efforts for the APAC portfolio, ensuring effective promotion of differentiated business domains and service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other operating countries and departments to gather customer feedback, create unique offerings, and ensure revenue generation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Support joint go-to-market activities with partners, ensuring a seamless lifecycle management that adds value for organization and customers.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be relevant for this role, you must have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Audio-Visual Solutions, Meeting Solutions / Microsoft Teams Rooms, Workplace Experience platforms (SaaS)
  2. Product management and marketing experience
  3. Proven ability to develop/package solutions and portfolio marketing strategies
  4. Effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  5. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
  7. Experience and demonstrated success in creating and implementing proven successful solutions/services strategies to generate market demand for new offerings.

  2. Desire to solve problems, find opportunities and look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaboration & negotiation skills, showing an ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organisation to achieve agreed-upon business outcomes.
  4. Dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a significant impact.
  5. Academic and industry trade qualifications in the related field
  6. Business fluent English
