About Our Client

A pharmaceutical MNC has set up a new direction and aim to launch new products in their established brand, specialising in respiratory and specialty care portfolio. This role involves supporting the overall product strategy and daily operations of the medical function within the organization.

Job Description



  • Support the medical strategy by working closely with cross-functional teams.


  • Help with planning and executing scientific and clinical initiatives, including educational programs and data generation.


  • Provide medical expertise to support product launches and lifecycle management.


  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards.


  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by sharing scientific information and gathering insights.


  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform medical planning.


  • Assist in organizing medical training and ensure internal teams are up to date on key scientific knowledge.


  • Contribute to the development and review of local study proposals and data generation plans.


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, guidelines, and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Min of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably from international environment
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Team player, result oriented with a positive work attitude.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges
  • Cooperation with other Country/MCO/Cluster teams, to share experience and coordinate operations on a proper level.
  • Strong networking and relationship with internal and external customers
