Job Description

● Product Testing & Feedback
○ Conduct user research and testing of the product on ground
○ Gather feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements● Defining Financial Education Experiences
○ Defining global standards in pathways for financial education for lower-middle-income households
○ Constantly updating and iterating on the pathways to ensure impactful behavior changes● Product Ideation and Development
○ Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver the most
significant social impact
○ Ensure the quality and usability of the digital platform by actively testing and identifying areas for improvement
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed on time
○ Development of product documentation, including product guides, roadmaps, and release notes
○ Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the product meets the marketing objectives● User Behaviour Insights
○ Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
○ Identify areas for improvement, with a focus on driving user engagement and satisfaction● Product Ideation and Development
○ Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver the most

○ Ensure the quality and usability of the digital platform by actively testing and identifying areas for improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum qualifications:
  • At least 6+ years of experience after graduation in product development or management, ideally in Saas/EdTech/Education/Media-Publishing
  • Knowledge of building engaging learning pathways on digital platforms (eg using gamification, community-building)
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies such as agile, design thinking and lean startup
  • Experience conducting end-user research, define metrics, analyzing data and generating insights, preferably with
  • an experience in using Google Analytics or other tools for analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
