Job Description

* Complement and assist the Marketing Manager in developing the brands' 360 annual marketing plans which includes brand management, promotion and trade planning and retail events.

* Integrating an omnichannel approach to drive synergy of brand in both online (ecommerce and digital marketing) and offline presence.

* Ensure accuracy in forecasting and monitor product performance while keeping abreast with market trends and consumer data to decipher actionable strategies.

* Collaborating closely with retail business partners to drive maximum visibility and participate in retailers' campaigns too.

* Responsible over its CRM loyalty program from retention, recruitment and reengagement. Leveraging on available data to grow its consumer base.

* Develop consumer and promotional events in-stores (new launches / new store opening) while ensuring all POSM materials are supported.

* Strong collaboration with internal teams (sales, demand planning, training) and external (digital / media agencies) including retailers to ensure best exposures for brand.

* At least 1 year in retail experience
