Job Description

  • Lead the procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Develop inventive and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and engage reliable suppliers and initiate partnerships.
  • Review and negotiate purchasing contracts to secure advantageous terms.
  • Execute MRP to ensure timely material arrival and optimal inventory levels.
  • Support new product development projects for material sourcing.
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  • Control departmental budget and promote continuous improvement.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and report key metrics to reduce expenses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance.
