We're seeking a proactive Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and purchase order issuance for non-production materials. This role offers full ownership of the procurement process from supplier engagement to logistics coordination.

Job Description

  • Source and procure indirect materials such as machine spare parts, IT hardware, tools, and renovation-related items.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Prepare basic commercial terms and finalize supplier agreements before PO issuance.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve disputes or delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for overseas shipments.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and timelines.
  • Handover completed POs to the relevant internal division for execution and follow-up.
  • Support procurement needs related to facilities upgrades and operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement buyer should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in indirect procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently.
  • Familiarity with international logistics and import coordination is a plus.
