About Our Client

Our client is a Global MNC within the Food sector with a history close to 70 years. What started off as a small town business grew to a multi-billion dollar business which has see a geographic footprint of more than 120 countries worldwide. They have established themselves as a trusted provider for their finished food products globally and is a preferred partner for large F&B establishment worldwide.

They are currently embarking on their transformation journey to further enhance and refine working processes for both internal and external stakeholders alike and as part of that journey, they are currently looking for an experienced Project Management talent to pioneer their PMO office for their APAC market.

Job Description

  • Lead governance routines with project managers
  • Be the project manager on key initiatives
  • Develop an enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Lead business change activities including internal communications
  • Bring visibility to key initiatives, encouraging broad ownership
  • Design & operate reporting to elevate right issues to the right forum
  • Bring focus to the strategic relevance / linkages for each project
  • Introduce best practices, continually test & learn better ways of working
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to formulate plans / strategies
  • Introduce discipline to capture maximum value for total shareholder return
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with business leads across many geographies and functional areas including but not limited to;
      • Senior Leadership Team for JKSEAT
      • Leadership team for KSEAT and Japan
      • Back office (customer service, finance, IT, HR, legal, procurement)
      • Florenceville, Canada legacy back office
      • Commercial (sales, marketing, country teams)
      • Regional Leadership Team, APACSA
      • External consultants
      • Government agencies

  • Proven Project management experience with preferable Regional experience
  • Collaborative style that is culturally-sensitive, fostering inclusion and participation
  • Strategic ability - able to balance short-term objectives with long-term value
  • Executive presence - comfortable communicating with SLT/HQ


  • Transformational change management experience
  • Post-graduate qualification
  • FMCG and/or Manufacturing background
