Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.Job DescriptionReporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.Oversee the Director's calendar with precision, coordinating complex schedules and ensuring all commitments are met, including responding to emails and managing contacts.Safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.Coordinate and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while optimizing schedules, points, and costs.
