Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily payment operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Maintain and update all payment-related records
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve payment issues
  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies
  • Assist with auditing and reporting activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Executive should have:

  • Good knowledge of payment operations and transaction processes
