Job Description

  • Deliver new partner locations annually and contribute in system revenue per year.
  • Build relationships with building owners, franchise operators, competitors, and other potential partners.
  • Increase market visibility through targeted B2B outreach and relationship development.
  • Source and pitch prospective partners via networking, canvassing, and cold calling.
  • Drive the rapid expansion of the network by securing conversions of existing buildings or identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and secure approvals for new partnership deals.
  • Finalise contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting prospects, and closing deals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced in sales or B2B business development within fast‑growing or high‑pressure environments.
  • Property Sales experience welcomed
  • A self‑starter with a relentless focus on results and a proven ability to self‑generate leads.
  • Demonstrated success in rapidly closing substantial deals.
  • Tenacious, deal‑focused, and willing to take calculated risks to succeed.
  • Strong communicator capable of delivering compelling pitches to diverse audiences.
  • Able to work independently under pressure, with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Fluent in English plus the local market language.
