  • Represent clients in employment disputes, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in employment and labour law in Malaysia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to offer integrated legal solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior legal professionals within the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner (Employment & Labour) should have:

  • A strong academic background in law with relevant professional qualifications with at least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in employment and labour law.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
