Job Description

  • Lead and manage corporate and M&A legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while advising on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Conduct and lead legal due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
  • Proactively manage clients through clear communication, responsiveness, and professional engagement.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in the corporate and M&A sectors.
  • Mentor and guide junior legal team members to foster professional growth.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes in transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner (Corporate and M&A) should:

  • Possess a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in corporate matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
  • Have experience in rendering legal support across M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets, commercial real estate, corporate and securities law, and general commercial work.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team of legal professionals.
