Job Description

  • Lead and/or manage corporate and commercial legal transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and other team members to ensure high service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and oversee complex legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Represent clients in high-level negotiations and legal proceedings.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner (Corporate & Commercial) should have:

  • A recognized degree in law and admission to the Bar with at least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven expertise in corporate and commercial legal matters.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
