Park Operation Manager

About Our Client
International Theme Park chain setting their foothold in Johor, Malaysia.
managing ongoing management of all operational areas, including Attractions/Grounds, Entertainment and Admissions/Guest Services, Education Programs, Wardrobe, Safety & Security and Reservations. Ensures department objectives are set to meet overall performance standards and operational plan. Provides leadership, direction, and management of MCs who deliver and maintain the company's product and service. Ensures guest service and safety standards meet LLP's standards. The operations manager works with maintenance to ongoing upkeep the presentation and protection of the resorts assets and is responsible for the continuing liaison with local partners and authorities on logistic and safety related matters.
Working with Sales and Marketing division on the creative development of event planning, contract negotiations, and execution of key attendance generating events for the park. Oversees the execution and logistics for all events and special activities within the park to ensure these events showcase our park and provide and excellent representation of our product.
The Successful Applicant
A bachelor's degree in business, recreation or closely related field
5 years of progressive experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
3 additional years of managerial experience in a theme park operations.
Demonstrated skill in interpersonal relationships, making presentations, and verbal and written communications.
